Having juiced greens in the past, I was excited to be able to try this out. Labeling on the container is straightforward and clear to understand. It was clear wrapped sealed, and after unscrewing the lid, it had another seal. The powder inside was fine and had no clumps. The included plastic scoop was on top.I wanted to mix this with water, so I followed the directions and used 1 level scoop and 8 ounces of water. I just mixed it with a spoon. I would say it dissolved about 90-95%. After drinking, there was little powder left. I found the taste was pretty good. It had a sweet berry/cherry taste to it. So much better than real green juice and such less mess making it. I took this on an empty stomach aside from having water. I did not notice any aftertaste or burps, or upset stomach.

These greens are quite delicious! I like this drink so much, although I am surprised at the sweetness, because based on what I read in a few other Reviews, I decided to mix this with part coconut water and part regular water since it sounded like this was a bit on the “very green” side in terms of taste. I definitely disagree with that. It is plenty sweet all on its own, just mixed with regular water. Even half coconut water made it way too sweet.There is so much good stuff in this greens mix, too much to list in a Review. It’s a very comprehensive list though, so I included pics. It really is like juicing without the juicer, which I love because although I love having green juice, it’s true that I don’t always want to be making it every day and dealing with cleaning out the juicer. This gives me that delicious taste and the hit of nutrition without the extra cleaning. Highly recommend!

So this nets out to 5 carbs per serving after deducting the fiber. If you're trying to stay at between 20 and 30 total carbs per day, that is a significant amount. Props to the seller/manufacturer for including that information on the product page, so that we can all make an educated decision as to if this is a good fit for us. So I've been experimenting with green food drink supplements since becoming a Vine Reviewer; of the five that I've tried so far, this is not going to be one of my favorites. That is not based on the ingredients, quality of ingredients, or its health claims, I don't doubt them, it is based solely on the flavor, and the carb count. For all of the things that sound like it would make this taste sweet such as the pomegranate fruit powder and the cherry fruit powder, for my palate, this leaves a bitter ending flavor on my palate, so what I will likely have to do in order to enjoy this, is figure out a workaround. Maybe that's adding cayenne pepper to make it just completely savory, or maybe it's adding a sweetener such as stevia or maybe even a Propel electrolyte powder packet, to sweeten it up. I know, filled with fake sweeteners; sort of misses the point, but I want the benefit of all these greens without, what for me, is an unpleasant taste. After water, and before coffee, the greens drink is the first thing I've been drinking in the morning, taking it on my pre-breakfast, pre-coffee morning walk. Maybe that has something to do with how my palate perceived the bitterness, I don't know. What I can tell you is later, with some still left over, drinking some more AFTER having my morning (sweetened with erythrytol) coffee, my palate wasn't quite as fussy or adverse or finding a bitter end taste, as it did pre-coffee. But, again, that's when I drink all the others, and intend to drink any greens drink. Kind of in an effort to give the gut and the rest of the body a "head start" over all that other stuff that will be coming it's way. The point is, I feel like I shouldn't have to doctor something up or pre-condition my palate in order to choke it down. And with this, I do. If you are a greens supplement veteran, this may taste just fine to you, but, as I said, I am not, and have found some other lower carb greens powder supplements that actually taste good to me; first thing. I hope this Review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision. I rarely give an overall five-star Rating.
